1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SoulPath application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

SoulPath is owned and operated by Cat-Angel ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the SoulPath mobile application and any related services.

2. Licence

Cat-Angel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the SoulPath App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

This App and all its content — including but not limited to lesson content, archetypes, practice frameworks, text, graphics, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cat-Angel and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without written permission

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App

• Use the App or its content for commercial purposes without a white-label licence agreement

• Share your account credentials with others

3. User Accounts

To use SoulPath you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Providing accurate and current information

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Child profiles within the App may be created and managed by a parent or guardian who holds a valid adult account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

SoulPath offers the following access tiers:

Free Trial: New users receive a free trial period as advertised at the time of registration. No payment is required during the trial period.

Subscription: After the free trial, continued access to SoulPath requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the relevant app store

• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the platform through which you subscribed (Google Play, Apple App Store, or direct billing)

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

5. Content and Spiritual Practices

SoulPath provides educational content related to spiritual practices, personal development, and wellbeing. By using the App you acknowledge that:

• Content is provided for educational and personal development purposes only

• SoulPath content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice

• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately

• Spiritual practices carry different meanings and significance across different traditions and cultures — content is presented respectfully and without claiming authority over any particular tradition

• Results from spiritual practice vary and are not guaranteed

Cat-Angel is not liable for any decisions made based on content within the App.

6. Child Safety

SoulPath includes child-friendly profiles and content. We take child safety seriously:

• Child profiles must be created and supervised by a parent or guardian

• Child content has been designed to be age-appropriate and safe

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent

• Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App

• ​

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using SoulPath you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure

• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Use automated systems to access the App without our express written permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content within SoulPath — including lesson text, practice frameworks, archetype concepts, design elements, graphics, and the SoulPath name and logo — is the intellectual property of Cat-Angel unless otherwise stated.

White-Label Licensing: Organisations wishing to use the SoulPath platform under their own branding must enter into a separate white-label licence agreement with Cat-Angel. Unauthorised reproduction of the platform or its content is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cat-Angel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
